— Chapter One

Your hunt.
Remembered.

A logbook for hunters who know a season is made of moments — and moments demand to be kept.

I.The Grounds

Before you sit,
you map.

Every serious hunter keeps their ground in their head — the stands, the trails, the plot the deer cross at dusk.

TrophyLog draws it for you. Satellite imagery. Polygon boundaries. Parking, high seats, trail cameras, food plots, forbidden zones. Share with your group; or keep it private.

Keep your ground close and your records organised. Log hunts and trophies offline, then sync them when you reconnect.

II.The Booking

Who sits where,
settled.

Two hunters, one high seat, the same grey dawn. Every group has had that conversation — TrophyLog ends it.

Mark any stand, field, or blind as bookable, and your group claims their time like a calendar. Pick the hours, see at a glance what's already taken, and add the companions who are coming along.

You set the rules: bookings confirm instantly, or wait for approval. Shared grounds and booking are available in free groups too. Booking requires an internet connection to keep reservations up to date.

III.The Sit

The weather,
the wind,the wait.

A hunt is weather, wind, light, patience — and one clean moment. TrophyLog captures all of it, so you don't have to.

Check the weather for your location and record the conditions alongside your notes. For personal hunts, Free includes up to 2 companions per trip; Premium has no companion-count limit.

Photos attach to hunts. Hunts attach to grounds. Everything connects.

IV.The Trophy

What you carried out.
And what you kept.

Not a notch on a rifle stock. A record: species, date, place, score, the weather that made it possible, the companions who shared it.

Record CIC, B&C and SCI scores, with guided measurement worksheets for supported species. Link a trophy back to the hunt it came from and the ground where it happened.

The story is complete. And it stays yours.

V.The Medal

The brass tells the story.

A QR code can connect a trophy on the wall to its story in TrophyLog.

The app supports linking a QR code to a hunt or trophy. The plaque shown here is a physical product concept; no price or release date is confirmed.

Physical medals are not offered for sale here and are not included in any personal plan or group pack.

Each pack covers one group and is purchased and assigned by its owner. Member totals include the owner and the 5 base places. Storage is shared, not allocated per member. A group pack does not give members personal Premium.

VII.Questions

Fine print,
plain spoken.

Does TrophyLog share my locations?

Your personal hunts, trophies and grounds are private by default. You choose what to share with a group or through a public or unlisted link. Check the visibility of an entry before sharing it.

Does it work offline?

You can record hunts and trophies offline on both personal plans and sync them when you reconnect. Booking requires an internet connection to check availability and prevent conflicting reservations. Group management also requires a connection.

Can I bring my old hunting memories into TrophyLog?

You can add past hunts and trophies manually, or import photos and videos to a new or existing entry. Media counts towards your storage and file limits. Automatic transcription of handwritten journals has no confirmed release date.

What is the difference between Premium and a group pack?

Premium expands your personal account: 50 GB storage, no separate file-count cap within that storage limit, unlimited regions, contacts and companions, and watermark-free sharing. A group pack expands the capacity of one hunting group. It does not give members personal Premium.

Can our hunting group stay free?

Yes. A free group supports up to 5 members in total, including its owner, with 2 GB of shared storage. Shared grounds and booking are available within the free limits. It is a free plan, not a time-limited trial of a paid pack.

How are group places and storage counted?

A seat is one place in your group. The Camp, The Lodge and The Estate include 10, 20 and 40 seats respectively, counting the owner and the 5 base places. They are not extra places on top. Storage belongs to the whole group and is shared by its members, rather than granted separately to each person.

Who buys the group pack?

The group owner purchases an annual pack in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and assigns it to one group. The displayed annual amount is the total price for that group. Personal Premium is a separate subscription.

How many hunting companions can I add?

For personal hunts, Free allows 2 companions per trip; Premium has no companion-count limit. This is separate from the member capacity of a hunting group. Both personal plans include unlimited hunts and trophies.

Can I buy a physical QR medal?

Physical QR medals are not currently offered for sale on this website, and no price or release date is confirmed here. They are not included in Free, Premium or a group pack. The app supports linking a QR code to a hunt or trophy; physical product availability is separate.
